Thank you for shopping with Solar Lighted House Numbers! We aim to provide you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses within the United States. Once processed, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. We primarily use USPS and UPS for our domestic shipments.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. Once processed, international orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Solar Lighted House Numbers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues that may arise.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses via USPS only. Please ensure you select an appropriate shipping method during checkout if your address falls into these categories.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solarlightedhousenumbers.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and, for damaged items, include clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
